There is a woman who just signs up and walks and dances by herself in the Christmas Parade in Baltimore every year. She goes by Underdog and always has these elaborate caped costumes with a U on the front. This is amazing energy.

Pains me to say that Yglesias really hits the nail on the head with public order issues that have prevailed - especially since the pandemic.
At one point, we were absolutely too tough in sentencing, especially with drugs, but how did we swing so far the other way and become so lenient?
