If I were president, a day one Executive Order, would be that pen ink has to match the outside color of the pen. Why did you hand me a blue pen that writes in black ink??? Upsetting.

I think the most realistic option is to get my LPN in Vegas, transfer my license to Washington, and try to live close to the border just in case.
