And here's Rapoport in Yiddish script and Cyrillic script. My family used all of these! None of them were the Roman alphabet. Name transliteration is fun. 🙂 10/10

It looks like this afterwards, hanging out in my fridge in my ancient Rubbermaid container. I got two of these big containers and a slightly-smaller container out of the latest batch. Matzo balls get cooked in water, not the soup, and are added afterwards when you reheat the soup.
