Tianfu Posthouse, originally built in 619 AD and rebuilt in 2005, which now has gifts and refreshments (you can even see the shop where I had a lemon tea): www.instagram.com/p/DQ7QIrbleMs And the weather was perfect for hiking this UNESCO World Heritage site.

Me a couple weeks ago 🌄 At the Three Natural Bridges in Wulong Karst National Geology Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site, China. This is at the Tianlong (Sky Dragon) limestone bridge, with Tianfu Posthouse in the background.

raid shelter that's been transformed into a teahouse, & next to that is a former air raid shelter that's been turned into a weekly farmers market. I love how these structures from a time of fear and sorrow have been repurposed into hubs of joy & community.

The exhibition's opening reception is tonight: 6-10 pm, 1389 N. Milwaukee, in the heart of Wicker Park. I'll be there. (As will, I expect, 300 Chicago artists. Every piece is just 10x10 inches, hence the ability to fit so many folks. It'll be a good time.)
