This will be interesting. My body and thoughts on yoga practice have changed. My education on yoga's history and politics is sharper too. I'm curious to see what my teaching persona looks like these days.

I've done one of those to the Bay area from the East coast 😵💫 I think my trip was 36 hours. Didn't know if I was coming or going!
