The misery and suffering that those who fought to stop what we have become went through... I was raised by an 8th AF B-24 tail gunner... a rare individual... one who was a Depression orphan. The 8th AAF lost more men than the entire Marine Corps. Tail gunners rarely came home. Fuck these guys.
