Love this idea of vision planning for the classroom and coming up with ways to measure the success of the goals.
It feels like every year there are so many discussions about syllabi and what should be included in them.
But what I found way more helpful this year? Drafting out a classroom vision—and then returning to it as a reflective tool at the finish line.

New healthy hack I discovered this week: cucumber vanilla yogurt parfait! Adds a juicy green crunch. Husband looked at me like I was crazy but it’s actually really good! Plus cruciferous veggies are so good for you. I add vanilla protein powder to nonfat Greek yogurt.

When you removed populations from the category of human rights, are you removing them from the category of human?
The annual State Department human rights report “will remove all sections covering the rights of women, LGBTQ+ people, and the disabled as well as sections dedicated to discrimination against indigenous people and corruption in government.”

Composition Teaching Goals: For all students to use paragraph breaks in their writing. Nothing like grading a solid brick of writing.

Can someone explain to my why the dems are fund-raising while the government burns to the ground? My $3 isn’t going to put out this fire. This is inefficient at best, complicit at worst.
