It feels like every year there are so many discussions about syllabi and what should be included in them.

But what I found way more helpful this year? Drafting out a classroom vision—and then returning to it as a reflective tool at the finish line.

New healthy hack I discovered this week: cucumber vanilla yogurt parfait! Adds a juicy green crunch. Husband looked at me like I was crazy but it’s actually really good! Plus cruciferous veggies are so good for you. I add vanilla protein powder to nonfat Greek yogurt.
