New healthy hack I discovered this week: cucumber vanilla yogurt parfait! Adds a juicy green crunch. Husband looked at me like I was crazy but it’s actually really good! Plus cruciferous veggies are so good for you. I add vanilla protein powder to nonfat Greek yogurt.

Got a comfy chair for my office but apparently it’s not for me. 🙄❤️

Prepping for Spring semester and have my #ember keeping my coffee hot. ❤️☕️ This drink warmer is a must for long hours of desk work. I actually get more work done cuz I’m not constantly running to the microwave to reheat my coffee. 😜

Anybody else gotten an email asking them to write a summary of their article in non-academic speak? I might consider it but I have an issue with anything that asks the writer to pay them and not the other way around.
