Relying on imported produce is risky in the current political climate! California's water supply has been messed with, without consideration for the consequences for agriculture. #Australianoranges may be more reliable (and less food miles) than Californian oranges!

Also, historically, HIV transmission via breastmilk has been much lower than expected. We can't assume COVID-19 will be the same, but it may be. Review of the evidence & clinical studies required. Breastmilk really is a magical elixir, either way! #breastmilk
