Re: Bezos’ gutting of WaPo. Recall: the banner was changed to “Democracy Dies in Darkness”, all while democracy was dying openly before our eyes. Analogous to the paper itself: there’s been an open, ongoing attack on its journalism for years, only, now, the end game approaches.

If this analysis piece says anything more complex than, “Titanic’s deck chairs rearranged” and “does not matter in any substantive way”, it is the analysis of a fool. Or worse.

Sharing because this captures an essence of my brain that I’ve never seen or heard explained so clearly.
One of the biggest enigmas of ADHD is how quickly your brain can get overwhelmed with the idea of work.
All of the possibilities collected into one massive, undoable task.

It wasn’t until I saw a grade school classmate’s lament about events of the past couple days, stating he now plans to just listen to music and avoid the news, that I truly understood the right has been utterly and truly pantsed now that their “Joe is old” playbook has been shredded. #Laughter

When interacting with those I’m stuck with, I’ve come to realize that “informative” is often the exact word I need. It looks like a compliment but is actually its opposite. #Informative
