In fact if you exclude the Tregs there are precious few cells in this dataset relative to adults that are classified as non-naive looking? Am I missing something?

Why don’t they just call them Tregs as we and others described 15-20 years ago?!

About five years ago I wrote on Twitter that it feels like there was bimodal income distribution in the USA and got slammed and ridiculed by academic economists -

Wow this is quite a statement:

Nature... you belittle yourself. Next time just go for the '10 reasons why the COVID vaccine might cure your cancer - you won't believe number 7!'

What sorts of largeish cells live in between the semineferous tubules at about 1-10% frequency like this:

For example see the overview of the data: what is the odd population only seen in fetal cd4?! (My guess fetal tregs). And there’s barely any signs of effectors/memory

Nature has posted graphic images of early Denisovans and they were jacked and look sorta like Mickey Rourke.

It is hard to tell how many cells were sampled - but I would be amazed if I took 10-100,000 random blood cells from a person and 10-100k random gut cells and happened upon clones that had not only >10 cells but also cells shared between tissues. Anyone else find that surprising? Very interesting

Every morning this guy crawls under my breakfast chair and refuses to leave… he bites my feet and the chair until I play frisbee with him

I have lived in Sweden 15 years and this is the first time I noticed this box on the 2555 foreign earned income tax worksheet... and I am feeling a bit like Arlo In Alice's Restaurant.

In the name of free speech I think we should all use some version of this:

They just couldn’t get past the fact I (misused) the term bimodal to refer to a graph like this:
