We should all break out our pots/spoons and bang them in the backyard every time someone from the administration starts speaking on Tab to drown out their voice.

Lived in Rio for years. Experiencing this phenomenon in person was eye-opening. And it works.

An entire city of 12 million people, such as Rio de Janeiro, with neighborhoods and favelas full of apartment buildings, and every occupant standing on their balcony banging a pot with a wooden spoon. This is a message that cannot be suppressed.

America does not have this. Yet.

Can’t run over a protester standing on their 7th floor balcony.

Ben, if you’re chosen as DNC chair, the very next morning you must send an organizational email to every Democratic senator, representative, governor, and legal scholar and arrange as quickly as possible a closed meeting via encrypted video conference and become the opposition party.

And advise anyone who declines that they will be subject to primary by an alternative candidate.

There’s a fire, break the glass, pull the handle.
