It’s SO good! So clear and thoughtful - Chapter 2 is such a brilliant resource alone. Really validates and surfaces (new favourite word!) the contribution every department/discipline makes, and articulates it all so well. It’s like going to the kitchen and finding every utensil laid out for you ☺️
