the biggest island (Key Largo) is only 16 miles long and 1 mile wide! it gets really crowded with all the influx of "vistors"!

i don't understand why anyone thinks that the Florida Keys is not a destination for those very same wealthier tourists and snowbirds, when i have lived here for long enough to know that they do!

excuse me, i live in the Keys full time. i see it with my own eyes, i know it from my friends who own businesses here. during snowbird season the population of this island doublrs. 1 in 3 license plates is out-of- state.
