I strongly agree with Elie's five-alarm-fire take. And I respectfully but firmly disagree with those who think today's disastrous decision will be fairly easy for lawyers to work around.

Reason # 9000 to get out and protest
Make IT stop. EOs and everything else ushered in by 47 (who was gonna let states handle their own affairs) is destroying America, all other nations AND our planet.
Another garbage, unconstitutional executive order from the President. Now he claims that states can't set their own environmental laws, like California's carbon trading program, which by the way, has existed since... 2006.
