🚨House Republicans just passed a bill that would disenfranchise 70 million married American women.

Under the SAVE Act, women who took their spouse’s last name and don't have an updated passport or birth certificate would be turned away at the polls.

The executive targets his opponents w/bogus investigations. His government disappears people w/out due process and vanishes them beyond reach. He usurps legislative power, controls public funds at will, & consolidates power. Loyalty is expected — or else.

Authoritarianism isn’t coming. It’s here.

Republicans in the House just passed the SAVE Act.

It tells Troops overseas, disabled Veterans, and Military Families: We don’t want you to vote.

That’s not “election security.”

That’s voter suppression.

No lawmaker in Congress should be able to own, buy, and sell individual stocks.

We need to ban congressional stock trading—and I've got a bill for that.

I really do think we’re well beyond this point.

If you pretend that your differences with friends and coworkers and family are about “politics” when in fact they’re about right versus wrong and fascism versus the rule of law, you’re doing your country a grave disservice.

Doug Jones reading this live just now was a wake-up call. Niemöller’s words aren’t just history—they’re a mirror. If we keep “shaking our heads” without action, we’ll find there’s no one left to stand with us.

Speak up. Get involved. Before it’s too late.

It’s time for Congress to reign in the Mad King. These tariffs haven’t even hit for real and the world is off the rails.

Politically, it’s helpful to Dems, but this is why I’m not a good politician b/c I care too deeply about the harm on all people, even on those that hate my very existence.

We have overcome near-death experiences before.

We shall overcome this one too. Not by denying we are in a constitutional crisis.

We are.

But we can and will prevail if we face the truth unflinchingly and never abandon the long twilight struggle against evil.
