I don’t buy bread very often but had some over Christmas and it didn’t get eaten - I was amazed but not to see it hadn’t gone mouldy and still felt vaguely fresh which simply isn’t right! God knows what they are adding to it these days 😐
Trying to eat less processed food this year - within reason.
