As as direct consequence of my cross two experts written opinions concluding NAI were reversed & the family reunited..

Anything put into the public and professional ether by TSB is worth reading in my book- so it looks like this is soon coming to my shelves :)
This was a front row talk by sisters in silk speaking with passion & conviction about why there are no short cuts to justice for families accused of NAI where expert evidence is pivotal in determining culpability.We change outcomes through xx.That opportunity is what justice requires.

Domestic Abuse and ccb are prevalent & toxic in our society. So when I was asked by Samantha McFadzean, Family Division Judge of the Royal Court of Jersey, & Robert MacRae, HM Deputy Bailiff, to deliver training to the judiciary & court services in Jersey on #DomesticAbuse, I jumped to it.
