She got worse on the day after, uro had a look at the kidney too and wasn‘t quite sure either but since her BP was dropping, too, a CT scan was ordered.
We‘d never have expected this from the ultrasound, but it did give us another clue to go look for it

The difference between an ultrasound and a CT scan: In Jan 22, we admitted an 80y/o lady with a UTI and AKI and in the ultrasound, her right kidney looked kinda off and I wondered if I just couldn‘t get a good picture
