In 2020, Yorkshire Bylines started the "David Downside Dossier"; named after David Davis' infamous quote that there would be no downsides to Brexit.
The DDD started recording "downsides" published in the media.
In Sept 2024, the DDD hit 2,000 recorded downsides -and stopped.

This is my mate Dave, David Celia. He's over from Toronto, and he's playing at Bom-Banes in Brighton this Thursday, 21st. If you're nearby, and like bright, sparkly songs and excellent guitarist, it's worth an hour or two of your time. Listen to his albums in the usual places.

Finally got to the William Morris Gallery, in Walthamstow, for the 'Art from the Islamic World' ex. So much to learn and so thought-provoking. The marvellous thing about exhibitions I have even the tiniest lead-in to is how they provide fascinating answers to many questions I'd never thought to ask.
