i have an australian drivers licence which doesn't have a sex marker. it just didn't need to be there. i don't see why it needs to be on a passport either.

lmao imagine that, all of Canada being just one state. also pretty sure (but haven't been following) that Canada is an alot more stable situation politically than the US, even if things are moving towards fascism (which seems to be happening everywhere unfortunately). so really bad idea.

that doesn't sound very untranslatable, it's just not able to be described using one word in English, and deals damage to German men with fragile masculinity

that is unfortunately one of the downsides of how bluesky is built. it is a decentralised platform so it must broadcast all public information, which includes who you block. however, muting is private, but only goes one way.

i've recently been finding blocklists very useful for this. ofc blocklists are a double edged sword since they can be misused (it gives people alot of power), but i don't use many. i've been using @brexitblocklist.bsky.social
