They embellish the chair like jewels. 2 large spikey aloes dominate the seat. Another planter of similar plants sits to the right and front with a simple carved head painted white, protruding on a stick. Its long white hair perhaps made of string or straw. Its eyes, one blue. Picasso like... uneven. Full pouty lips. A huge and strikingly blue planter (with more aloes in it) and a brown wicker armchair behind the wingchair give it definition. Parlour palms, a piece of trellis, glass side windows, brass plate, and wrought iron railings typical of architecture in Edinburgh's Newtown provide an opulent backdrop
