Last thing I want to do is be a therapist at the gym. fella wouldn't quit talking to me so when he came over again I acted like I was engrossed in taking a selfie. Came out pretty good 🤷🏾‍♂️ #BlackTherapistSky #BlackSky #Gym

Tupac was my first therapist:
"So much pressure in this life of mine/I cry at times I once contemplated a suicide and woulda tried but when I held that nine, all I could see was my mama's eyes" Tupac help me realize other people struggled too. Even strong men. #MentalHealh #BlackSky

The Jordan 1 "Banned" reminds us that rejection doesn’t define us; it refines us. Like this shoe turned a ban into a legacy, therapy helps us confront what’s been suppressed, morphing what holds us back into momentum that propels us forward to create a positive legacy. #Therapy&Sneakers #BlackSky

The Jordan 1 Shadow reflects how we carry hidden parts of ourselves: flaws, fears, and pain. Therapy doesn’t erase the shadows; it teaches us to stand on them, turning what held us back into the foundation for growth. #Therapy&Sneakers #BlackSky #BlackTherapistsSky #SneckerHeadSky #MentalHealth

The Jordan 3 Black Cement’s elephant print reminds us that life’s toughest moments leave marks, but those marks can become part of a stronger, more iconic foundation much like the growth we find through therapy. #Therapy&Sneckers #SneckerHeadSky #BlackSky #BlackTherapistsSky #MentalHealth

Rap artist Swoope has the most comprehensive album on #grief perspective I've ever heard. The title of the album is We Go On. I carry a small case load of adults and when I know they are into this type of music I suggest a few tracks and it always hits. #BlackTherapistsSky
