I think you brought up a great point about consistency. It’s very important to make changes that are sustainable in the long run rather than seek out behaviors that seem more beneficial but aren’t easy to uphold long term.

I thought this was very interesting too! It is definitely something important to keep in mind when thinking of patients, as there are many factors that goes into losing weight.

I relate to this as well. Stress is definitely exhausting. Even if I do have free time to plan and prepare meals, I would rather be doing something else like sleeping or resting. I find it much easier at times to make a quick meal than plan out something healthy and carve out time to cook.

I think that you brought up a great point that some supplements aren’t for everyone. It’s important to do your own research and check with your doctor, as it may end up doing more harm than good.

I think that consistent sleep schedules is definitely an issue for a lot of students. I tend to sleep like 5 hours a night on the weekdays and 12 hours a night on weekends to catch up. I will also definitely be reflecting and try to be more mindful about it in the future.
