Incredible how stacked the Spirit are on defense. Imagine trying to take the ball off the foot of Rodman, Santos, Miura, and soon Bethune, just to fight off Hershfelt. If you somehow win that battle, then you get McKweon, Bernal, or Krueger. Then you hit the brick wall that is Aubrey Kingsbury! 😯

#NWSL has published its 2025 competition manual. Lots to comb through, but one item right away: 2025 salary cap was initially set at $3.3 million, with "additional monies from the league’s new revenue sharing mechanism bringing the cap to $3.5 million."

Last year's cap was $2.75 million.
