It is likely that any landlord foolish enough to jump on this bandwagon will find themselves liable to a claim under the Equality Act 2010 on the grounds of protection of belief. It will be interesting to see how this pans out.

So a number of pub landlordsare banning Labour MPs. Is it time for all Labour supporters to boycott those pubs. I don't know what the law in GB says about such actions, but if tried in NI they would leave themselves wide open for a claim of direct discrimination on the grounds of political opinion,

If Canada or Mexico, believing there was a military threat from the USA, were to attack the USA and had captured circa 20% of the US, would Trump agree a deal which would give the attacker circa 30% of the country and agree to reduce its armed forces? I don't think so, so why should Ukraine?
