finally my time has come
my insomnia is like "oh you napped 2 hours sunday afternoon? you dont need sleep at night then :)"

my insomnia is off the charts after having covid, i pulled 2 all nighters this week and the rest of my days i got around 3hrs of sleep spread across several naps...idk how i survived work 🙃 and my appetite is still nonexistent. thanks covid!

5 years later and my heart rate still skyrockets when i get a call from an unknown number. who knew the police calling to inform me of a death would become a trauma for me 🙃
