Finally, here's the next in my expanding list of Mythicons: the gruesome Grootslang, the leader of the African team! An Adse, Nini Nanka, and Popobawa will follow. I didn't get to his tech specs, but his motto is "If you want power, don't collect servants, collect favors. Debtors rarely revolt."

Reminder Superman is not a power fantasy, he's an altruism fantasy.
The idea of someone with godlike powers using them solely for good (with an antagonist who is a billionaire, who by definition do the opposite) was dreamt up by Jewish kids in the 30s and its just as if not more relevant now.

Since I'm starting again on Bluesky, I might as well re-introduce the bunch. These are the Mythicons, inheritors of a post-Beast Wars earth and servants of a cosmic entity that they refer to as "the Perfection." This is the South American Squad mostly based on Aztec myths:

Happy to say I sold out of these again at TFCon this past weekend. This continues to be an image that means a lot to people, and I don’t plan on retiring it any time soon.
