Sometimes when I listen to Trump speak I think he is well on his way to dementia.
Other times I think he’s on something.

This is most certainly going to be used for eugenics to screen people they view as genetically inferior from the US. It's also going to be used to target gender nonconforming people with expensive DNA tests.

It's not even clear what legal mechanism there is to do this. There's no law that allows for the designation of domestic organizations as terrorists. The current law only applies to foreign terrorist organizations. There are also major 1st Amendment implications here.

I don't think Ezra Klein is a fascist, I think he's a collaborator. He is desperately trying to maintain liberalism as it exists to prop up the oligarchs and prevent systemic reform. He's an apologist for a system embracing fascism. Rather than reevaluating his politics, he doubles down.

I agree with other leftists do not put your info on these lists that Indivisible and other Democratic Party affiliated groups. They will turn those over to the Trump administration if DOJ comes asking.
