Hey Andy, everyone on US soil has the right to due process. I hear Harvard is offering free classes on the Constitution, maybe you should take them up on the offer.
Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) told CBS News “no” when asked on Monday if everyone arrested in a local ICE raid has the right to due process, saying that “a non-citizen” can be “removed in an expeditious manner.”

The sad part is while demanding we cut important social programs while giving tax breaks to corps and billionaires, GOP's budget doesn't even cut the deficit. Its projected to increase by $3T over the next decade!
The GOP's tax cuts for billionaires and corporations ballooned the deficit. So now they're blaming the problem on vital social programs and demanding devastating cuts that will harm millions of people.
It's socialism for the rich, harsh capitalism for everyone else.
