Always. if i don‘t set a goal, I will never reach it. I don‘t make all my goals, but I will usually at least try seriously. And if I then realise that this is not working, i do something else. Not trying at all is the original sin. You can always adapt and evolve goals.

What finally worked for me and also lead to near 50kg weight loss is starting the day with a warm cooked breakfast. scrambled eggs with veggies, a chickpea soup often ready made, potatoes, followed by fresh fruits with yoghurt and chocolate. It just killed all cravings for the rest of the day.

Thank you! I need to find a new work life exercise routine. But I have the food routine covered. Also working hard to improve my sleep.
