70% of the time I order something on #ubereats - my drink is not delivered. And 100% of the time- they do not want to refund me for it. If I pay $5 for a sweet tea, I would really like to actually get it.

A few weeks ago, I had a couple of UberEats orders missing items & was denied partial refunds, even though the delivery picture showed items were missing, I was told "it was determined that the delivery matches the order. Therefore this order can't be refunded."
