So, I contacted the BBB 😈 Guess who got both their partial refunds today. 😘

After pressing some more I was told, "We're unable to make any adjustments as your account has exceeded our refund policy limit."
Now, here's the thing, I order food quite a bit (thanks adhd + chronic illness). And, at least half the time, I get the wrong order or something is missing.
