Gram's Sweet Potato Casserole 6 med sweet potatoes boiled with skins on; remove skins and mash 2T Butter 1/2 c milk 1/2 t salt 1 t nutmeg 13 1/2 Oz can crushed pineapple, drained 2 c mini marshmallows! Add butter, milk, nutmeg to mashed potatoes until smooth and fluffy Add salt, stir, fold in drained pineapple Pour into casserole dish, add marshmallows to top Bake 20 mins @ 350°

Kavanaugh stops quickly escalating to Kavanaugh raids
Rodrick Johnson, 67, is one of many residents who were detained by federal agents during the South Shore raid. A U.S. citizen, he said agents broke through his door and dragged him out in zip ties. Johnson said he was left tied up outside the building for nearly three hours before agents finally let him go.

I'm reading The Hitchhiker's Guide series to my kids, and it's sort of surreal to realize that 40 years ago, this idea was considered so absurd that it was literally a joke.
Text of a book that reads: The best way to pick tight with Silastic Armorfiend of Striterax was just to be born. They didn't like it, they got resentful. And when an Armorfiend got resentful, someone got hurt. An exhausting way of life one might think, but they did seem to have an awful lot of energy. The best way of dealing with a Silastic Armorfiend was to put him in a room on his own, because sooner or later he would simply beat himself up. Eventually they realized that this was something they were going to have to sort out, and they passed a law decreeing that anyone who had to carry a weapon as part of his normal Silastic work (policemen, security guards, primary school teachers, etc.) had to spend at least forty-five minutes every day punching sack of potatoes in order to work off his or her surplus aggression. For a while this worked well, until someone thought that it would be much more efficient and less time-consuming if they just shot the potatoes instead.
