I beg people to not be surprised if two years from now—there is no way Elon Musk leaves government in July 2026 as he promises—Musk literally runs an armed federal law enforcement entity commensurate in size with the armed component of the United States Secret Service.

He has dictatorial ambitions.

Full disclosure: this also works with MAGAs, Elongelicals, and—oddly—Political Science professors. Apparently they’re super upset that no one is listening to them in 2025, having slipped into the Trump-may-be-a-bad-guy parade literally a decade after the folks they’re angry at for getting attention.

I just found a report. It was even over a greater area & not just Germany (where I heard it in the news), from Ireland almost to Ukraine. That's a lot of debris, the 1st piece that hit Polen weighed 4 tons. No wonder the FAA was fining Musk 640k for the debris removal. www.space.com/space-explor...

What I think you’re picking up on is that Trump—after _caring_ what folks think of him—doesn’t know how to _process_ those feelings in a healthy way. He lashes out, swears revenge, makes decisions that kill people, spreads disinformation. He may be worse at handling emotional stimuli than any POTUS.

With respect, this is a grave misreading of Trump. He is a man who may care more what people think of him than any U.S. president ever. It is why he never apologizes; why he never admits fault or regrets; why he is a serial adulterer; why he attacks journalists and judges.

He is _governed_ by this.
💯 There is not-caring-about-what-people-think-about-you (and thus not letting that hold you back) and then there is *pathological* not-caring-about-what-people-think-about-you. The president seems firmly in the latter category. And it has the potential to hold everyone back.

More corruption. The number of ways Elon Musk will use his government position to enrich himself and his companies may—and I say this advisively—outstrip the number of ways we saw this from Donald Trump by an order of magnitude like 5x or 10x. This is the most corrupt government in American history.

Trump pardoned the sentence of arguably the single biggest drug trafficker in American history on his second day in office!
Trump: "If you notice, every country that has the death penalty has no drug problem. They execute drug dealers. And when you think about it, it's very humane, because every drug dealer on average they say kills at least 500 people ... I don't know if our country is ready for it. I am ready for it."

Just look at these paragraphs from the AP story.

Hegseth called Brown unqualified solely because he's Black. Then they fired him... and replaced him with a white guy so indisputably unqualified that he requires a Presidential waiver.

This is what "merit" means to them.
