Het is tijd om Nederland weer in beweging te krijgen. Dat doen we letterlijk, door de bezuinigingen op het OV van tafel te vegen en ervoor te zorgen dat mensen betaalbaar met het OV kunnen blijven reizen. Dat is de basis waar iedereen recht op heeft.

Na maandenlang druk opvoeren is het gelukt. De Kamer steunt de motie van GL-PvdA, CU en SP om de bezuinigingen op het OV van tafel te vegen.
Hiermee voorkomen we dat tickets duurder worden en er nog meer haltes verdwijnen.

In de Haagsche Courant versie van het AD verbazing dat @gemeentedelft.bsky.social twee sterren in de #Michelin Gids heeft. De afdeling Marketing wist niet hoe lang. Maar in de eerste Nederlands talige gids uit 1981 gaf #Delft al twee sterren. Die verlies niet zo gauw zoals bij een restaurant!

Op deze dag in 1755 overleed de Franse filosoof Charles de Montesquieu. Hij pleitte voor een evenwicht tussen de wetgevende, uitvoerende en rechtsprekende macht (Trias Politica), zodat de politieke vrijheid geborgd en despotisme tegengegaan kon worden. Nog altijd heel actueel in 2025!
