The #1 weakness of any political party is the refusal to call out their own leaders. It only feels good to call out the other party. Feelings are a poor guide. You don’t have leverage over the leaders the other party elected. They don’t care. The people you elected? Yeah. Leverage galore.

Bluesky’s user base is roughly 40% female and 60% male. While we don’t collect gender data directly, we manually sampled ~1,500 users to get a representative estimate and a separate analysis by Hootsuite came to a similar demographic split.
