Yesterday, on a train in the middle of the afternoon, a man started screaming at a young European girl, over nothing. He was incredibly loud, aggressive and used terms such as "you foreign c**t" and "go back to your own country". This is what the flags and marches are enabling. It was devastating.

Conversation with certain friends are so peppered with French and Saunders quotes half the time we don't even know we're doing it.
Also I've adopted "ooh fancy flapjacks" from 'Ghosts' :)

In "The Stand' by Stephen King (complete/uncut ed iirc), a character called The Kid would sometimes say "how do you like that happy crappy?" and I often say that to myself/out loud for various reasons lol.

I can currently count 12 Large White butterflies flitting about our lavender bush, plus at least 6 bumble bees and other flying insects 😊🦋🐝
