The worst we had was when a neighbour a few doors down decided to have scaffolding erected at 8am on a Sunday morning 🤦‍♀️ Woken by the sound of metal scraping on concrete. Another neighbour saves all his heavy power tool use for the sunniest Saturday afternoons!

Update: it's now afternoon and the butterflies have retired but there's now so many bees the whole bush is humming.

Acres of farmland near me is up for sale, including a beautiful cherry orchard. Having visions of a future involving an estate of identikit houses with addresses on 'Orchard Way', or 'Cherry Tree Drive'.

Reminds me of a hilarious conversation I overhead between an old English couple on a Greek hotel beach complaining about the lack of jacket potatoes 🤦‍♀️

Also Teufelsberg in Grunewald- old listening post built on the rubble of the city, and graffiti artwork- fascinating and ethereal.
