So true!!!!!
Most politicians are quickly changed by the office to which they are elected.

Not Phil. Phil changes the office for the better.

#PhilforGovernor
Too often, governments operate on inertia, with public servants expected to ask “how have we always done things?” rather than being given the chance to ask “what’s the best way to get things done?” Here's my commitment to making government work for all Coloradans.

Donald Trump just signed a bill into law that'll kick 17 million people off their health care and make it harder for families to put food on the table.

Republicans sold you out so billionaires can get even richer.

We won't let them forget.

Immigration and the care economy are uniquely linked. As I told @emilypeck.bsky.social the relationship between a care worker and the disabled or aging person is the foundation of care. The actions of the administration stoking understandable fear in immigrant communities will impact care.
The immigrants caring for the elderly are losing their jobs
More than 41% of home health aides in the U.S. last year were foreign-born.

She calls the United States “the greatest democracy in the world” and says she has “faith in the American justice system.”

This is all very plainly classified at the SECRET level.

If Donald Trump is successful in cutting Medicaid, no state has the money to backfill the billions of dollars in funding.

Blood will be on the hands of his administration and Republicans in Congress.

Now is the time to stand up for Medicaid, working families, and each other.

They claim they can snatch people up, put them on planes, and deport them to a country run by an authoritarian, where those people will be forced to work slave labor at an inhumane prison. All without due process, and in defiance of federal courts.

The hypotheticals are over. This is the nightmare.

On Tuesday night, co-presidents Trump and Musk fired half of the workers at the Education Department.

On Wednesday, FAFSA - the financial aid application for millions of kids who want to go to college - went down.

That’s their idea of efficiency.

The layoffs call into question how agency will be able to handle major operations such as student loans, FAFSA, the Nation’s Report Card and civil rights complaints.

Trump did not run on decimating government; he does not have the legal right to do so. With no mandate, he is carrying out a counterrevolution in plain sight by either destroying state capacity or making the parts of the state that remain his personalist tools.
