Everyone should download the free YUKA app. Just scan barcodes as you shop and you’ll be amazed at the differences between brands. Two products that look identical can score completely differently on processed ingredients. It really makes you think. My most used app as recommended by @mrjamesob

Excellent result and back at the top of the league where they deserve to be but I think that Gateshead goal in the final minute amazed everyone, even the player who scored it.

Expect the right wing media to make a fuss, but why should a small profession earning on average £300k a year, pay less tax National Insurance than the rest of us? There’s no good reason - it’s just another example of how our tax code was written by people with money for people with money.

I am sure that ten names Tommy Robinson’s recent visit to the clubs home ground and promise to attended the game as a Maccabi supporter may have made the West Mids police’s decision even easier to make, it’s not like his friends are partial to a bit of football violence.
