For decades, CEOs have been writing the rules. Corporate profits soared while workers' wages stagnated. It’s time to rewrite those rules.

My Worker Power Plan puts power back where it belongs: in the hands of workers.

Sandy Hill, and the Rideau area are filled with conflict, between students and long-term residents, between social services and some neighbours. I wrote about all those dynamics, and one social service at the centre of it all for the Fulcrum

I recently published an op-ed about the student housing crisis for the @ottawacitizen.com talking about the high cost of living and what the city can and must do to make Ottawa a place students can afford to live. You can read it at the link below!

Adair: How the City of Ottawa can make student housing more affordable
More than 600 students completed our survey, telling us stories of high rents, poor living conditions and landlords who fail to do repairs.

Super excited to be organizing this survey. If you have a heat pump or have a neighbour with a heat pump please fill it out and let them know
⚡️Are you a #heatpump owner in Ottawa?

We’ve launched a short survey asking about your experience with the installation process.

We will be turning the survey responses into a consumer guide giving people in Ottawa the best advice on who to hire, what they should be looking for, and more.

In a recent National Post article, the Macdonald-Laurier Institute argued that climate is no longer a priority for Canadians, so Carney should reverse Trudeau’s climate policies. Let’s dive into who they really are and why they want us to think that Canadians don’t care about climate. 🧵#ClimateSky

Super honoured to have been an editor on this piece.

The housing crisis in Ottawa has become untenable, but tenants have also started to organize and tell their stories like I’ve never seen before.

Give it a read, and consider organizing your building.

I wrote for @rabble.ca about Bill 33, the Student Choice Initiative, and Doug Ford's war on student organizing. There are massive implications for organizing across the board. Hope you all give it a read!

Love Ottawa love this city councils hatred for its own residents
Well, this is pretty frustrating. Delegates prepared comments for today's meeting to speak out against the misleading ads we've all been seeing all over downtown for years now.

This matter has already been delayed so many times, and now committee members can't even be bothered to hear us out.

I’m running for re-election to be ONDYs policy director. Last term I successfully hosted our first policy convention in years, I’ve worked with MPPs to push for greater emphasis on left wing policies especially related to climate justice, and I’m excited to continue that work!

See you all Jan 16th!
