Democrats would be more likely to win next November if the entire Democratic Senate went on a mini sub to visit the Titanic wreckage too, yet here we are Sheldon, here we fucking are
The sooner we get past internal recriminations and back to fighting united, the better off we all are — the likelier our victory next November.

If Odobert and Tel come good, and one of Sarr/Bergvall starts in the double pivot every match, Spurs will be a very different team than we've seen so far this year

Do we live in a "stronger, fairer nation" today than we did in 1987? In 2007? In 2019? There are over two million fewer AFL-CIO members today than there were in 1987
Speaker Nancy Pelosi is a trailblazer who wielded power with clarity of purpose and an unwavering commitment to working families everywhere.

America’s unions thank her for building a stronger, fairer nation—and for always standing in solidarity with us. https://bit.ly/3LPJoLO

Caleb Yirenkyi seems like an interesting young defensive midfield talent who could fit well into the current system and mix at Spurs

Growing up, were there any moments in movies that traumatized you?

I saw this movie at 12 with absolutely no idea or warning what it was about. I still think it's an extraordinarily hard watch

Has New York Democratic Party chairman Jay Jacobs resigned over Mamdani yet? I hope he hasn't, so that he can instead resign over *improving Republican margins over Trump 2024 in an anti-Republican wave election*. Trump won Nassau by just 4%—now look at this bloodbath

"The Purge 26: Billionaires" would be the most popular electoral platform imaginable, except that a bunch of billionaires would do everything they can to make sure no one ever heard about it
I’ll keep pushing this line of analysis because I’m increasingly convinced the clearest path out of this mess is for Dems to adopt a relentless anti-corruption, anti-inequality, anti-oligarchy, pro-democracy platform. The Dem leadership hasn’t realized it yet, but they’re now a reform party.

My dumbass opinion is that there is no point to replacing Frank even if you think, reasonably, that he will never be a successful manager of Spurs, because Spurs have no serious idea of what they want to be, so therefore there is no real chance of them hiring the right manager, whoever they may be
