Strong will power was needed at times, and I almost lost that fight before it really began, but it paid off big time, into smaller sized clothing for the first time in years. this feeling is amazing, for everyone that's supported me along the way, and continues to do so, I thank you.

The wake up call was getting out of breath, even doing minimal things like walking up a flight of stairs in my house, which..was alarming.

Going from a hefty 88kgs and dropping a huge amount of weight, as I currently weigh in at 69.3kgs, No there are no health ailments I'm going through, this is just by choice, pure grit and determination to change, not for other people but for myself.
