Body Diamorphia is not fun, despite the massive amount of weight I've lost, and I can see in reflections and pictures that I'm not as big as I once were, it's in my head I'm still the fat piece of crap I was back in June.
Is it Body Diamorphia? Is it a mental illness I don't know.

Over the last few months I started a weight loss journey, and even if I don't/can't see the differences at times looking at myself in the mirror, I look back on old pictures and see how far I've come and changed.

Genuine tears were shed today by me, this is not an understatement (or is it overstatement?) on my behalf. I have always struggled with weight, I have always struggled with diets.
This, while it may be a lot for some, this is the lowest I've weighed since 2009. I have achieved something 😭😭

Nearly 2 stone lost, I feel the benefit of it, managing to do things I couldn't before, and clothes fitting that bit better.

Absolutely fantastic result today, 8 years away from the Premier League has come to an end.
2-1 win over Sheffield United at Wembley does it, Watson with the perfect leaving gift for us all, despite the abuse he's gotten since his transfer was confirmed.
