I started writing a blog researching AIs effect on the environment and have accidentally discovered how terrible video streaming is.
According to my (admittedly very rough) calculations:
Per year ChatGPT: 1,600,000,000L
Per year Netflix: 2,600,000,000,000L
That is ~1,600 times more
