Tomorrow I set off for the 17th Century (Yorkshire) to christen @johnsavage.bsky.social new gaming room and play a sci-fi game (1813 Napoleonics - a historical game to the rest of the UK). Hopefully followed by lashings of beer and a curry.

We started the Power Behind the Throne at the end of May. Now, five months later of weekly play, the Sub-optimals are finally heading into the grand finale to (hopefully) find out what’s been going on all this time. One of the toughest books I’ve ever GM’d but I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it.
