This one really hurts. Lynch was one-of-kind - so full of curiosity, warmth, and a special fearlessness. Yet while I adore his films, Twin Peaks, & his wonderful book on creativity - I find myself instead thinking of this delightful video he made about cooking quinoa. RIP to one of the GOATs.

Can’t say enough encouraging things about local radio and local news coverage in LA last couple days. These are places that have been financially gutted outside of reporters’ control. Those reporters are out here with a 24/7 feed explaining and calmly assessing and getting people information.
