Honestly, when I got into comics, part of the appeal was that I COULD read a whole narrative more quickly ("the time of a long bath"). However, that meant that I could and would re-read things, time and time over. All my stuff is written with that in mind. It's designed to reward multiple re-reads.
I always feel bad with comics when you burn through what was several months of work in like 30 minutes or so but just inhaled vol. 1 of @casparw.bsky.social & @kierongillen.bsky.social’s The Power Fantasy in one go, I’ll go back & read it again at a more leisurely pace but damn, it’s annoyingly good
