Dunno how many will see this, but wanted to show how you can fix the LCD on a Sony Discman D-88 as I've seen many people with this issue unsure of how to do this. This is my second time doing this, and its worked great in both cases.

Working on a cassette deck, a Sony TC-K777ES. What an incredibly complex little cassette mechanism it has, pain in the ass to take apart but after cleaning, lubricating, and replacing the belts / idler wheels it plays once again :)

One of my most recent projects, got a missile command cocktail arcade machine that was nonfunctional and have been working on repairing it.
Last week I was successfully able to get the game board working again :)

New voltage multiplier (NTE538) and the screen is now finally showing some signs of life.
Still clearly needs some work, likely that some components on the deflection board need replacing but progress is progress!

Working on a Tektronix 475 Oscilloscope and the component density is pretty incredible, feels rare to see anything that looks quite like this internally nowadays

An exciting recent addition! I've been wanting a 50ct for a while so I'm happy to finally get one
Its in such great condition too, came with all the accessories
The only issue is that drive seems to be failing, so don't plan to boot it anymore until I can copy everything off and get a new one
